Prerequisite: Students must have earned credits in Mississippi Studies, World Geography, and World History.

This one semester course is designed to study the importance of law in students' lives. Students gain an awareness of local, state, and federal law. Emphasis is placed on the following topics: criminal law, civil law, consumer law, and family law.
