Cinco
De Mayo
The
New Albany AEST classes recently celebrated Cinco de Mayo
by studying Hispanics who have made contributions in the
field of agriculture and science. This study is a continuation
of the department’s inclusion of minorities in agriculture.
Each student researched a different Hispanic person, made
a report poster, and presented their person to the class.
Students in Instructor Damon Ladner’s 6th period
Ag Plants class are seen here celebrating Cinco de Mayo
by holding a fiesta.
