College Day -Each senior is allowed one excused College Day. If your student would like to take a college day, please have them see one of the counselors to schedule the appointment and to get a college day form that must be signed by his/her teachers prior to the schedule
appointment.

Transcript Request Forms -Please see the counseling department for transcript request forms. We request a 2-week notice to properly process the request.

Reference Letter Request Forms -Please see the counseling department for a reference letter request form when requesting a reference letter from a staff member. Please allow 2-weeks to gather information requested and process the letter.
